You have 30 days from delivery to return your piece for a refund or exchange — even on a closing-down order. If it doesn't feel right, email me at hello@elliemaxbellajewelry.com and I'll make it right.

How to return

Email hello@elliemaxbellajewelry.com with your order number and I'll send return instructions. Pieces should come back unworn and in their original condition. Once your return arrives, refunds are issued to your original payment method within a few business days.
