Orders
An order is confirmed once payment is received. We may refuse or cancel an order in the event of a pricing error, suspected fraud, or unavailable stock, and will refund you in full if we do.
Pricing & the free offer
Pieces in the collection are offered free of charge; you pay only the shipping fee shown at checkout. The offer may change or end at any time; the price shown at checkout is the price that applies. When the collection is gone, it's gone.
Products
We take care to describe and photograph our pieces accurately. Minor variations in colour and finish can occur and are not defects.
